Over the past few weeks, a worthwhile and divisive conversation has been taking place in the Christian music world. This is not the first time for this particular conversation to happen, just the most recent and the most public, mainly because the artist made it public.
Derek Webb, former front man for Caedmon's Call, has been in a tiff with his recording label over a number of issues, the most public of which is the use of the "s-word" in one of the songs on the yet-to-be-released album.
Follow this link to see the conversation that has been happening through Christianity Today's website. Read over it. Share it with your youth. Have an open and honest conversation about it over a meal.
