hello all! hope things are going well for you and your family as the summer begins to wind down. hard to believe that school starts in two weeks.
this email is to find the interest in taking a student life trip over labor day weekend. lincoln parish schools are out, not only for labor day, but also the tuesday and wednesday!
if you heard my last sermon, you heard me talk about a place called new frontiers. some of the activities they have are a 500 foot zip line; something called the breath-taker swing on which you freefall about 50 feet before swinging out 100 feet; and, my favorite, the cave.
the schedule would look like this:
saturday, september 5th - depart at 10am
tuesday, september 8th - return at 10pm
cost is $215 per person. scholarships are available! this does not include four fast food meals on the road and snacks.
please reply by wednesday with your student's interest!
